Where Subconscious Ideas Meet Conscious Reality
SONOSEI Creative Productions was born in Brooklyn, NY, from a vision rooted in curiosity, creation, and connection.
Founded by a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and a trained knitwear designer, SONOSEI emerged from a lifelong passion for learning, exploring, and living artfully. With global influences drawn from time spent traveling and living in Italy and Japan, a philosophy took form—one that celebrates being and co-being.
The name SONOSEI (pronounced soh-no-say) is a fusion of two Italian verb conjugations of essere, meaning to be:

By chance—and perhaps serendipity—the word carried a Japanese phonetic harmony, blending the designer’s two most personally resonant cultures. From this, the philosophy “I am, You are” came to life.
At its heart, SONOSEI is about existence and coexistence—a belief that to live creatively is to exchange influence, to inspire and be inspired, to express and to evolve.
